RE/MAX Equity had a fantastic Grand Opening Weekend, where we had a great number of guests including Mayor John Curtis, local Chamber of Commerce members, and Chief Gary K. Jolley of Provo Fire & Rescue. We had great food, music, fun, and prizes.
On May 13th, 2016 we kicked off the weekend with a VIP lunch for Brokers, Agents, and other Business Professionals, catered by Art City Trolley!
Strawberry Minted Lemonade
Art City Special Salad
Tasty Kickin’ Pork Belly Sliders
Delectable Russian Creme w/ Berries on top
It was all beautifully presented and served buffet style for everyone to enjoy!
2 pm – we had our Ribbon Cutting Ceremony with Vollkommen Construction, FIG (Fourplex Investment Group), First Colony Mortgage, Provo Land and Title Company which opened new offices alongside RE/MAX Equity. The business owners gave speeches and spoke highly of each other, the business’s they represent, and the restoration of the building originally known as the Dixon Taylor Russell Furniture building in the early 1900’s. The excitement was exhibited from everyone that took part.
In the picture on the right, named from left to right:
Mike Miller (Vollkommen Construction Owner/Builder),
Steven Bond (Broker/Owner-President of FIG),
Lane Aldrich (First Colony Mortgage Owner/Loan Officer/Mortgage Specialist),
Kevin Pinder (Provo Land and Title Company Owner/Escrow Officer).
We are excited to see the great success of these businesses, as they strive to be the best in their respective niche. Owners, agents, and office personnel are working together to perform the best possible services to their clients.
Friday concluded in an evening of great live music with Timmy George, Kevin and Aubrey Hansen. Their beautiful talent resonated through the building as they played and sang both covers and original music. It made for great atmospheric mood for everyone touring the offices. Fun and engaging conversation could be found everywhere making clients, friends and family feel welcome. J-Dawgs joined us that evening for dinner and all funds donated to “purchase” the dogs went to Children’s Miracle Network. We are very grateful for all those participated in this charity to help Primary Children’s Hospital here in Utah!
Saturday was a continuation following the momentum of the Grand Opening. Live music from John Allred, Kevin and Aubrey Hansen, along with a steady stream of members of the community and professionals. People were touring the building and the separate businesses inside seeing the fun vintage decor with a modern twist. The inside of the building upstairs has been completely renovated including a 380-gallon saltwater fish tank, custom steel, and cable work, Rustica Hardware’s showcasing of desks, barn doors, conference table and a one-of-a-kind pool table.
